    Rob says: A final Peruvian lot for the season—late, yet still crisp and clean. The improvement in Peruvian coffee quality over the past few years has been remarkable. This progress is largely due to the dedication of producers and exporters, combined with the country’s exceptional climate and fertile soils, which remain the most crucial elements in producing top-quality coffee.

    This lot from FINCA INTAWATANA is a result of that perfect blend of location, careful processing at elevation, at almost 2000 meters above sea level, and a visionary approach. Ernesto Nina and his family apply a double fermentation process to to this 100% Bourbon to build depth in the cup. This lot has truly been shaped by hands-on work, from picking through to drying.

    In 2016, Cofinet began a relationship with Leonid. Leonid is grateful for the guidance Cofinet has provided in the production of Specialty Coffee.
