At Caffenation, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for equipment and non-perishable items. Please note that due to food safety regulations, roasted coffee beans cannot be returned once opened unless there is a quality defect.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original packaging, unused, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked service to our Antwerp roasting facility.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
